User Identity

You shall be provided with a distinct User Identity. You are required to define the login password which shall be encrypted and stored on the vavasi.com server. VAVASI strongly recommends that you:-

-  maintain confidential the User Identity and Password.
-  disclose User Identity and Password to only your trusted employee(s) strictly on need to know basis.
-  disable the ‘remember password’ or similar function on your system.
-  adopt a password which preferably is a combination of numerals and letters of a maximum length of eight (8) numerals / letters.
-  avoid your name / address / date of birth as part of password.
-  periodically change your password.
The User Identity shall be non-transferable and cannot be assigned for any reason whatsoever.  However, VAVASI will consider request for transfer of User Identity in the event of succession.

The User Identity and password is to be used only for accessing vavasi.com for legitimate purposes subject to the T&C.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User Identity and password(s) (including but not limited to any code number(s) generated / allotted in the course of use of VAVASI.com. You agree and accept that you unconditionally and to the fullest extent permitted by Law waive / release VAVASI from any claim(s) as may arise relating to loss of confidentiality.

If your computer does not support relevant technology including but not limited to encryption, you may not be able to use certain services or access certain information on VAVASI.com.      -  Attempt to interfere with access or use of vavasi.com (including any other User’s data and / or User Identity), host or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to vavasi.com, overloading, "flooding", "mail bombing" or "crashing", or “worms” or “time bombs” or “easter eggs” and other computer programmes / virus that may damage, slow down, interfere with proper working of vavasi.comor damage the VAVASI.com’s platform and / or software and / or systems of other Users.

      -  Post and / or send unsolicited data, including promotions and / or advertising material to vavasi.com and / or any other Persons through VAVASI.com.

      -  VAVASI may, from time to time, modify security procedures.  The modifications will be posted on the web-site and must be complied with, by you. Modifications will be effective  from the commencement of the day on which the information is posted. Non-compliance of such procedures will result in denial of access.

If you believe or suspect that the confidentiality of the User Identity may have or has been compromised, you are required to immediately inform the Systems Administrator and VAVASI. If the information is oral or by email, you shall immediately confirm such information by fax with confirmatory copy through a reputed courier.

The Systems Administrator will use all reasonable efforts to promptly disable your account and shall provide a new User Identity. However, the Systems Administrator may defer providing a new User Identity to you for a reasonable length of time to enable the Systems Administrator to carry out such enquiries / investigations including, in respect of the system of the Participant, as may be considered appropriate or necessary.

 Intellectual Property 

 The content(information, communication, images and sounds contained on or available  through VAVASI.com) is provided on vavasi.com by VAVASI, its partners and associates, its affiliates, independent content providers and third parties is copyrighted and all rights to the same are reserved.
